To complement the existing house, this outdoor recreation and entertainment project consisted of a cabana pool-house, swimming pool, and multi-level patios. In addition, we also remodeled the rear living room and adjoining small office—installing panoramic accordion doors that open to the lower pool-side patio.
The cabana matches the architectural style of the main house with a slate tiled roof, fine casework on the pillars, cabinetry, and v-groove boarded vaulted ceiling with coffered lighting. A fully equipped kitchen (draft beer taps of course), bathroom facilities, and an outdoor shower provide an informal respite from the main house. The cabana is on the same level as the pool with an expanse of Côte d’Azur paving and multiple terraces and steps connecting upper landscaping, the pool area, and a below-pool patio with waterfall feature.
