Modern Takes Shape

With most of the framing and exterior sheathing applied, the true sense of form and space of this modern expansive floorplan is realized. On a practical level, with all of the rain through March, the installation of the waterproof roof membrane was a priority to allow the team to continue with the interior rough framing work. Now with clear weather ahead, we’ve been able to increase the pace and make up for the rain delays. Now we’re moving!
